Studio Catootje is a comfortable studio that has been in use since January 2018. The studio has a living/bedroom/kitchen with air conditioning, bathroom with shower (with hot water) and toilet, digital TV with Dutch channels (Ned 1, 2, 3 & BVN) and various channels in HD quality, free WiFi , covered terrace and private washing machine.

The studio is centrally located in the Gaito district, within walking distance of Zuikertuin mall (with luxury shops and restaurants, near major highways, public transport and large supermarkets. Including Centrum Supermarket (Jumbo products) & Van den Tweel Supermarket (Albert Heijn products) It is about a ten-minute drive to the heart of Willemstad (Punda) and about fifteen minutes to the nearest beach.

Although you can go to various shops and restaurants within walking distance, it is useful to rent a car so that you can explore the entire island.

Studio Catootje is located on the same property as where we rent the bungalow Het Koetshuijs Curacao through Micazu!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

>The rental price does not include the use of electricity. The studio has a pre-paid system with two types of voltages: 110V (US) & 220V (European).

>The rental price does not include final cleaning. These costs are Euro 40.00

>The rental price includes water use.

>The rental price includes cooking gas use.

Payment terms:
>Immediately upon reservation payment of 50% of the total amount.
>No later than 4 weeks before arrival remainder (50%).

Cancellation Policy:
>Up to 8 weeks before your stay. We do charge € 100 cancellation costs
>Cancellation is no longer possible within 8 weeks
