The meter readings are taken on arrival and departure together with the manager.

You will be asked to make an advance of €650 against which the electricity, water and any extra cleaning will be deducted.
Afterwards, you will receive a refund of the overpaid amount within 5 days.

The villa is not suitable for disabled people.

Please note; The villa has a steep driveway. When you rent a car, we recommend an automatic transmission This way you can easily drive up and down the driveway!

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
