Seaview apartments is an apartment complex of 8 spacious apartments, all with sea views, right on the water. Ideal for divers and snorkelers, but also for guests who want to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets and relax.

There are 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. The apartments are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances necessary.

Seaview apartments are located in a unique and quiet fishing village on Curacao. You have two beaches within walking distance and also 2 beaches about a 6-minute drive away. The supermarket is approximately an 8-minute drive away.
Everything can be reached within 15 minutes-20 minutes by car without busy roads.
There are also nice eateries nearby within walking distance.

You can fully enjoy your stay, do tourist activities, and at the same time explore the culture in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.

A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
