Villa Boka Blue

From the well-maintained villa, overlooking the golf course, you can walk in a few minutes through the beautiful tropical garden, along the pool, to the beautiful white sandy beach.
The villa is located on the first floor, in a quiet spot on the resort. Through the sliding doors you involve the large porch (70m2) in the villa, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living.

The villa has three bedrooms for two people, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open kitchen and living room. This makes the villa suitable for 6 people and a baby.

Our 6 person villa is fully equipped. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a combi microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a large refrigerator.

The porch offers you a sitting area, spacious dining table and two sunbeds.
The veranda is located on two sides of the villa, surrounded by a tropical garden. Because of this location, you can enjoy the views over the golf course, both in the sun and in the shade. Breakfast, dinner and drinks are therefore extra attractive outside.
You control the temperature in the bedrooms with the conditioners and with ceiling fans. There is plenty of parking space next to the villa.
Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex.
You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities. 
The 18-hole golf course has a great view of the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels.
Along the fairway you will encounter flamingos, pelicans and the most diverse tropical plants. Between the teeing point and the green of hole 5, you even have to hit over the sea. There are two complete golf sets available in the apartment for free for guests to walk a round on this beautiful golf course!
As a guest of our villa you will also receive a 20% discount on the green fee.
Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course and rent your equipment.
Snorkeling is also beautiful in Blue Bay!
About 5 minutes away from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything.
The resort is 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad.
From Blue Bay you can easily make beautiful trips by car to various beautiful bays.

Because the island has so much beauty to offer, we advise you to rent a car. We are happy to help you with this, which includes transport to and from the airport as an extra service.
Security:
We kindly ask you to pay a security deposit of 500 Naf/ US$250 to our Property manager upon arrival.
If no damage has occurred, we will return this amount on departure and deduct it from the electricity and water bill.
Electricity and water:
We think the economical use of energy and water is very important. That is why we have chosen to settle energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator, and other equipment in the villa is low.
The average cost is around Eur 60 to 70 per villa/per week, but depends a lot on your usage. The air conditioning in particular costs a lot of energy.
Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the energy supplier, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.
Enjoy the private beach with sunbeds, private/shared pool for free. There is a diving club on the beach, and restaurant and bar within walking distance.
After you have made a reservation, 50% of the rent must be paid, the remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. Up to 2 months before the arrival date you can cancel free of charge.
