The space

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a very spacious bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with double sinks, toilet and walk-in shower. (Bathroom renovated in June 2023). Next to the bedroom is a walk-in closet with a safe. The bedroom has air conditioning.

The spacious terrace on the 3rd floor is accessible from the bedroom or the living room and has beautiful views over the island and the sea. It has a ceiling fan and comfortable cushioned loveseat and two chairs along with coffee/side table.

There is also a spacious guest bathroom and a brand new washing machine added in January 2020.

The open U-shaped kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, brand new dishwasher (February 2020), coffee maker, blender, kettle and cooking utensils/cutlery.

The living room is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and a large 49-inch flat screen SMART TV.

We believe that sustainable and economical use of energy and water is important. That is why our rental prices do not include energy and water. These will be settled at the end of your stay (from the deposit) based on actual meter readings from the utilities. The average cost from previous guests is generally between $50 - $100 USD per week (depending on a/c use). Please note that your energy bill largely depends on your use of the air conditioning.

A security deposit of $275 USD per stay/month is payable to the property manager upon arrival. This deposit covers the costs of water and electricity, as well as any damage. Upon departure, our property manager will deduct the costs from the deposit and refund you the remaining balance.

What else should you pay attention to:

Minimum stay: 7 nights
Arrival time: anytime after 3:00 PM
Departure time: 11 a.m., if no new guests arrive on the day of departure, it is possible to stay a little longer in consultation with the manager.
Cleaning: A weekly cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Additional cleaning is possible for a fee. A final cleaning is required, $115 USD/€100.
Golf discount: 20% discount on 9 or 18 holes of golf upon presentation of a beach pass

The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking in the apartment and on the terrace is not allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rented property (anymore), he will be charged the full rental price. owed.
