Come enjoy our beautiful apartment on the luxurious and secure Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. Recently renovated, with spacious balcony and a shared pool around the corner! You also have free access to the resort's lovely sandy beach (including beds). There are also bars, restaurants, an 18-hole golf course and water sports facilities. The location is also ideal: you can be in cozy Willemstad in 10 minutes and you can drive to the airport in 15 minutes. What are you waiting for?

The apartment has two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a cozy living room with open kitchen. The living room and the terrace can be connected through enormous sliding doors. The apartment is fully equipped and is built open to the wind, so you always have a cooling breeze. In addition, both bedrooms have energy-saving air conditioning.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
