Villa Pia Abou is located on the beautiful Blue Bay Golf Resort in a beautiful and quiet area and with fantastic views of the golf course. The resort's private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Curaçao. From the villa you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. For you, access to the beach and sunbeds are free of charge.
Villa Pia Abou is a 6 person villa and is fully equipped. The villa has a lovely large terrace with fantastic views of the golf course. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms and a renovated guest toilet. There is a large living room with a lovely sitting area and smart TV and wifi. In addition, there is a renovated kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, electric hob and combi oven. The living room has sliding doors to the terrace. The covered terrace offers a lovely seating area and dining area with fantastic views of the golf course. Near the villa is a communal swimming pool where you can take a lovely dip.
The villa
• Living room: large living room with air conditioning, ceiling fan and lovely sitting area with flat screen smart TV, TV channels and Wifi.
• Terrace: Large terrace which is covered so you can always find a place in the shade throughout the day. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the golf course. The terrace is equipped with ceiling fans and awnings and a lovely spacious sitting area, dining area, sunbeds and a BBQ.
• Kitchen: The kitchen has been renovated and includes an American fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and a combi oven. Of course there is plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware are widely available.
• Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 x single luxury box spring with the sizes 90x210 and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 x a single luxury box spring with the sizes 90x210 and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has air conditioning, and 2 x single luxury box spring.
• Bathrooms: The master bedroom has its own renovated master bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a large renovated bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet, shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a renovated guest toilet.
• Laundry room: separate room with washing machine
Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex. You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, playground, dive shop, golf club (for a fee) and tennis courts (free).
The 18-hole golf course has a great view over the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels. Along the fairway you will find flamingos, pelicans and the most diverse tropical plants. Between the teeing area and the green of hole 6 you even have to hit over the sea.
There is a historic clubhouse, a pro shop and an academy.
Blue Bay Dive offers several unique dive sites, including the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course and rent your equipment. From the beach you can walk straight into the Caribbean Sea and swim through the bay to the dive sites. Snorkeling is also beautiful at Blue Bay!
About 5 minutes by car from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything including delicious fresh products.
The resort is 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad.
Energy and water
The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge for energy and water separately. The average cost depends a lot on your usage. The air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy. Based on meter readings, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.
