The holiday villa is brand new and has an attractive, high-quality interior. The view from the spacious veranda is really fantastic: front row, right on the golf course.

The Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort is perfectly located about 10 minutes from Willemstad and close to the airport. The private beach of Blue Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao, is a 400-meter walk away. As our guest, you will have free access to the beach and sunbeds.

We are Marijn & Antoinette from the Netherlands. We would like to invite you to our lovely holiday home on Blue Bay Curaçao. Since the house was completed in January 2025, we have been there ourselves for a few months a year. And that is really enjoyable! The view over the golf course is fantastic and the beach - with good restaurants and a cozy beach bar - is within walking distance. What more could you want!

Water & electricity consumption

Normal use of water and electricity is included in the price!

There is a surcharge for excessive consumption:

More than 40 kWh of electricity per day: €0.50 per extra kWh
More than 0.70 m³ of water per day: €9 per additional m³

These limit values are more than sufficient for normal daily use.

Cancelling the booking

Do you want to cancel the reservation? Please always let us know in writing by e-mail – even if you have already reported it by phone.

We have the following cancellation policy:

More than 3 months in advance: free of charge
Between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental cost
Between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rent

The use of the (private) swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. Due to the lack of a pool fence, the pool and immediate surroundings are not suitable for small children and non-swimmers;
Tenants cannot invite other guests (who are not staying in 'the Jazmyn') to the 'Jazmyn' area or in the villas, or allow them to stay overnight.
Be considerate of the neighbors, fellow Blue Bay guests and residents. No noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
