This new villa is truly equipped with every luxury and has its own swimming pool on the top floor, with great views over the resort.

Kas Ku Bista is a 6-person villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, has an en suite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower, 2 sinks, a spacious wall unit and a private toilet. The other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom are on the ground floor. This bathroom also has a rain shower, 2 sinks and a private toilet.

All bedrooms have wonderful box-spring beds, spacious fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and fan.

The living room with kitchen is on the top floor. If you open the sliding doors, you can walk straight onto the terrace. Here you will find the swimming pool, a 6-person dining area, a lovely lounge set and 2 luxurious sun beds on the pool deck.
The spacious kitchen with cooking island is equipped with a convection oven, dishwasher and a 3-phase hob. The American refrigerator with ice maker for a nice cold drink is of course not missing.

And for barbecue lovers we have the original Big Green Egg!

The villa is also equipped with a smart TV, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

At the front there is a parking space for 2 cars.
