This villa is really equipped with every luxury and has its own swimming pool, on the top floor, with great views over the resort.
Kas Ku Bista is a 6-person villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, has an en suite bathroom with a lovely rain shower, 2 sinks, a spacious wall unit and a private toilet. On the ground floor are the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. This bathroom also has a rain shower, 2 sinks and a private toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with lovely box-spring beds, spacious built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and fan.
The living room with kitchen can be found on the top floor. If you open the sliding doors, you can walk straight onto the terrace. Here you will find the swimming pool, a 6-person dining area, a lovely lounge set and 2 luxurious sunbeds on the pool deck.
The spacious kitchen with cooking island is equipped with a convection oven, dishwasher and a 3-phase hob. Of course, the American fridge with ice maker for a nice cold drink is not missing.
And for barbecue lovers, we have the original Big Green Egg!
The villa is also equipped with a smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
At the front there is a parking area for 2 cars.
