The large wooden shutters make the living room one with the garden and you will experience a wonderful feeling of outdoor living. With the fully equipped open kitchen you are fully equipped. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a double bed and a private bathroom.

From the apartment you walk straight into a beautiful green oasis, with a lovely swimming pool with children's pool. The resort also has its own beach, bar, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts and a diving school.

The apartment offers a lot of privacy thanks to its quiet location, about 400 meters from the beach and restaurants as the crow flies. Its central location makes it an ideal base to explore the entire island. Renting a car is therefore recommended.

Bon dia/tardi/nochi, We are Jop&Rian Duerink and decided in 2020 to live in Curaçao for a year. After a great year, we wanted to stay connected to this beautiful island and therefore bought an apartment. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price excluding:

Water and electricity based on actual use
Late check-out on request (50% nightly rate)
Transfer Hato accommodation on request ANG 60,- = +/- € 30 one way, to be paid to the driver, based on availability.

Explanation of the deposit:

A €500.00 deposit will be charged upon booking.
The cost of water + electricity is determined at the end of the rental period based on actual usage and deducted from the deposit.
The remaining amount will be returned to you within 48 hours of checking out of the apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled within 48 hours of receipt of this confirmation, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the rental costs will be charged.
If cancelled within 14 days before arrival date, 100% of the rental costs will be charged.
If your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19, the booking will be cancelled free of charge.
