Happy Rust-1 apartment

The apartment is a lovely, quietly located corner apartment. It is equipped with all modern conveniences, making it wonderful to stay in our paradise. 

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, spacious living room and a lovely private terrace. Recently the entire house has been repainted. In addition, the resort is secured and a communal swimming pool can be used. 

The entire apartment is equipped with 220V.

The apartment has a fast internet connection, smart TV and Apple TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook at home from time to time. Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided in the apartment, and shower towels are also provided. The apartment has a washing machine.

Water/electricity will be settled with the use afterwards. There is no interim cleaning, if desired this can be done at an additional cost.

We can arrange a rental car for your stay. You will be picked up from the airport for free and we will make sure that the car is ready for you on arrival.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price is per night based on 2 persons, excluding tourist tax, water/electricity and mandatory final cleaning of € 75.00 

If desired, interim cleaning can be done at an additional cost. 

For each person above 2 people, € 5.00 per night is added. 

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation up to 1 month or more in advance - renter owes 20% of the rent. 
  • Cancellation within 1 month - tenant owes 100% of the rent to the landlord.
