The holiday home is located in the small-scale resort 'Blije Rust'. The resort was completed at the end of 2017 and has a beautiful communal garden with 2 swimming pools!

The house is spaciously furnished, in the living room there is a large TV and a soundbar! In the bathroom there is a washing machine/dryer.

Hello, I'm Donald! I have been living on the beautiful Curacao for several years now. After my study in the Netherlands I left for Curacao, where I work in the construction sector. In addition, I manage for several years an apartment complex and rent now also my own holiday apartment!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
