Through the spacious living room with open kitchen that many chefs would envy, you enter through the French doors onto the spacious private terrace with a shaded area. Here you will find a dining area, a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. The apartment complex, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, is in a wonderfully quiet location, a 2-minute drive from the private beach on the clear blue Caribbean Bay. It has a luxurious communal swimming pool with sun beds and partly has a shade cloth.

- With normal use of electricity, 15 kWh per day is sufficient. We assume that the air conditioning only runs at night. For additional consumption, € 0.42 per Kwh will be charged.
- With normal water use, 0.30 m³ per day is sufficient. For additional consumption, €8 per m³ will be charged.
We charge €250 in cash as a deposit upon arrival. You will receive this deposit back in cash after your stay, assuming no settlement will take place.
