The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms.
The bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds.
The living room also has a 2-person sofa bed. 
Smart TVs are available in the master bedroom and living room, you can easily log in to your own streaming services.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is adjacent to the master bedroom.
The living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The living room has an open kitchen with utility room where there is a washer/dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, American fridge/freezer, kettle, sandwich maker and a full set of crockery and pans.

From the living room you can step onto the terrace where there is a lounge set and a 6-person dining table and 2 sunbeds. There is also a barbeque to grill a nice piece of meat.

From the front door you can easily walk to the swimming pool with sunbeds.

Fiber optic internet has recently been installed and the WIFI is at your disposal for free and is also of good quality outside on the terrace and by the pool.

A QR beach pass with access to the Blue Bay beach is included, the beach is within walking distance of the apartment.
