We find the environment very important. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average cost is approximately Eur 110 per week, but depends greatly on your usage. The air conditioners in particular consume a lot of energy.
Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utilities, we will calculate the amount at the end of your stay and the manager will pay you in cash on the spot.

Interim linen change
Bed linen is included in the price. For stays longer than 11 days, a new set of bed linen will be provided. You can wash the towels (two towels and one bath towel per person) free of charge in the available washing machine.

Ask us about discounts/offers for stays of three weeks or longer.

Immediately after you have made your reservation, 50% of the invoice must be paid. The remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Cancellation less than 3 months before the arrival date will not result in any refund of monies paid.

If you would like to use a cot and/or high chair, please indicate this when booking. We will then make these available free of charge.
