The villa is located right next to the pool, in the middle of the tropical garden and has a beautiful view over the sea and the golf course with the flamingo lake. In the garden you can see beautiful birds (such as hummingbirds, orioles, sugar quits) and butterflies. The villa is located on the 1st floor. This allows you to fully enjoy the wonderfully cooling sea breeze, while enjoying the setting sun from the veranda. The villa offers free use of WiFi, an Apple TV, various board games, card games, a small library etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster etc. Upon arrival, you will find a few ice-cold beers and soft drinks in the fridge as a welcome.
The villa is equipped with:

- Living room with open kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Upon arrival, you will find ice-cold beers and non-alcoholic refreshments.

Energy and water consumption are not included. Based on the meter readings and the current rates of the utility companies, we settle the amount at the end of your stay.
These costs therefore depend on your consumption. Although we only have inverter A/Cs in our villa, it is mainly the use of the air conditioners that consumes the most energy.
If you only use the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night, the average daily cost is around $15. If you also use the air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, this average is slightly higher.
At your check-in, we require a deposit payment of EUR/USD 250. You will receive this back at check-out minus the costs of water and electricity.

Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort is a secure resort with 24/7 security. Blue Bay Golf offers a professional 18-hole par 72 golf course with great views over the Caribbean Sea. The resort has one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (free of charge for our guests) where you can snorkel beautifully. The beach is very suitable for children. On the beach there is a PADI certified diving school where you can take a diving course, or rent equipment (for snorkeling/diving). There is also a snack bar, restaurant and bar on the beach. The villas have a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away from Blue Bay.
