During our first visit to the island it was love at first sight. Together with my wife we expressed the dream of one day having an apartment on the island.

8 years later the time had finally come! We live in the Netherlands ourselves, but can often be found on islands.

If you stay in our apartment, we will try to make you fall in love with Curacao, just like we did.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
