*Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Master Bedroom:
- Features a Queen sized bed.
- Includes an ensuite bathroom.
- Includes a Smart-flat screen-TV.
- Comes with a spacious walk-in closet.
- Sleeps 2 people.
Second Bedroom:
- Features a Queen sized bed.
- Sleeps 2 people
- Located separately from the master bedroom for added privacy.
- Separate bathroom available for this room.
- Note: While the two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests, a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for a 5th guest.
*Air Conditioning and Entertainment
- Both bedrooms have their own AC units to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Note: One Android Smart TV is placed in the living room, and the other is located in the master bedroom.
*Living Room
- Open-concept design, seamlessly integrating with the kitchen.
- Includes a coffee table and an Android Smart TV equipped with streaming apps for entertainment. Our apartment provides access to a variety of popular streaming platforms, ready for use with your own personal accounts. Please note, we do Not provide guest accounts for services like Netflix, Max, etc.
- Note: The living room does not have an AC unit, but BOTH bedrooms are air-conditioned.

- Electricity is Not included in the price! This will need to be paid for based on how much you consumed.
*Air Conditioning
- Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have AC units.
- Living Room: No AC is available.
* Electricity Usage:
- One hour of AC use is approximately 1 kWh, costing about USD 0.49
- Typically, I use about 9 kWh per day with only 2 hours of AC usage, then i use the portable fan provided in each bedroom.
- Air conditioning (AC) uses the most electricity.
*Towels
- Provided: Bath towels and face towels for use within the apartment.
- Not Provided: Beach towels. Please bring your own if you plan to visit the beach.
- Important: Do not take the provided towels outside the property!
