This beautiful villa, Villa Sundance, is located in the luxurious Vista Royal district, a short walk from the supermarket, the many restaurants and the cozy beach of Jan Thiel Beach. The imposing villa is built on a large plot and therefore the allure is emphasized considerably.
There is plenty of space for 2 cars on site which you can park in the shade under the carport. Upon entering the villa you will immediately feel at home. The décor is cozy with a tropical touch.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with TV on which you can receive all Dutch channels. You have here, but also in the rest of the villa range of the free WIFI.
The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped as you would expect from a luxury villa. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large double-door refrigerator. While you prepare the meals, your housemates can sit down and you have a view of the tropical garden through the large, completely sliding wall. This gives the wonderful inside = outside feeling.
On the covered terrace you can enjoy meals with a view of the large, magnesium swimming pool. (so no chlorine). There are sunbeds around the pool for sun worshippers and do you want to stay in the shade for a while? Then take a seat under the large palapa at the head of the pool. From here you have an overview of the garden and the villa.
On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms have lovely box-spring beds and there is plenty of closet space.
The beautiful master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a bathroom en suite. Through a sliding door you step onto the balcony and have a view of the garden and the surroundings.
