Villa Out of the Blue is the holiday villa with swimming pool for up to 8 people in the luxurious Vista Royal residential area in the popular Jan Thiel district. The villa has a spectacular 240 degree view over the Spanish Water, Caracas Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
Where you wake up in the morning and see the sun rise, watch the pleasure boats depart from the porch, while you enjoy a delicious breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.

Villa Out of the Blue is located high and well exposed to the wind, making it feel cool both inside and outside. Through an electric gate you enter the tropical garden, which is completely fenced. You can park your car upstairs at the front door or downstairs, ideal for the disabled.

The top floor will be in use by the owner from September 1, 2024 - March 30, 2025!

Upper floor
Upon entering you immediately enter the spacious living room with a beautiful new open kitchen with cooking island with oven, dishwasher and induction hob. You can make breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful 240 degree view over the Spanish Water.
From the living room you have access to the veranda and two bedrooms, which share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors that open onto the rear veranda.


From September 1, 2024, the apartment with its own entrance located directly next to a private swimming pool with a sea view can be booked for a maximum of 4 people!

Ground floor
The ground floor apartment is located by the pool and has its own entrance, pantry and two bedrooms. These bedrooms also share a bathroom. From the covered veranda you have a view of the Caribbean Sea.

The swimming pool at Villa Out of the Blue enjoys the wind and has a built-in lounge/sitting area. Ideal for cooling off with a drink and enjoying the beautiful view.

Villa Out of the Blue was completely renovated in 2023 with high-quality building materials and perfectly finished.
