Villa Out of the Blue is the holiday villa with swimming pool for up to 8 people in the luxury villa district Vista Royal in the popular Jan Thiel district. The villa has a spectacular 240 degree view over the Spanish Water, Caracas Bay and Caribbean Sea.
Where you can watch the sun rise when you wake up in the day, watch the pleasure boats depart from the porch, while enjoying a delicious breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.

Villa Out of the Blue is located high and well located on the wind, making it feel cool both inside and outside. Through an electric gate you enter the tropical garden which is fully fenced. You can park the car upstairs at the front door as well as downstairs, ideal for the disabled.

Upper floor
Upon entering you are directly in the spacious living room with  beautiful new open kitchen with cooking island with oven, dishwasher and induction hob. You can make breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful 240 degree view over the Spanish Water.
From the living room you have access to the porch and two bedrooms, which share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that open onto the rear porch.


Ground floor
The ground floor apartment located by the pool has its own entrance, kitchen and two bedrooms. These bedrooms also share a bathroom. From the covered veranda you have a view of the Caribbean Sea. 

The swimming pool of Villa Out of the Blue is wonderfully located on the wind and has a sun/sitting area built in. Ideal for cooling off with a drink and enjoying the beautiful view. 

Villa Out of the Blue was completely renovated in 2023 with high-quality building materials and finished perfectly.
