Villa Sunset Vista – Modern luxury within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach
Just 200 meters from the vibrant beach life of Jan Thiel Beach is Villa Sunset Vista. This modern villa is located in the exclusive Vista Royal area, where relaxed island living meets contemporary luxury perfectly.
The villa was completed in 2024 and has been designed with great attention to indoor and outdoor living. On the upper floor there are two spacious terraces that surround the house on both sides. To the front there is a sheltered lounge area with ceiling fans and stunning views over the sea. The perfect place to relax with a drink while the sun slowly disappears on the horizon.
At the rear you will find a private swimming pool with a spacious terrace. Here you can cool off, dine al fresco or spend long, relaxing evenings at the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, while enjoying the pleasant Caribbean breeze.
Inside, the villa has a modern, but warm and attractive feel. The open-plan living area features a comfortable seating area with TV and air conditioning and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. The large kitchen island with breakfast bar is a cozy place for a quiet breakfast or an informal meal together.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features four stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. The other two bedrooms share a modern and fully equipped bathroom. Thanks to this practical layout, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends.
There is also plenty to do outside the villa. Everything that makes Jan Thiel one of Curaçao's most popular destinations is within walking distance. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, discover the crystal clear waters, or visit popular beach clubs such as Zanzibar Beach Club. In the evenings, you can choose from a wide variety of restaurants, from casual seaside restaurants to sophisticated culinary experiences, all just minutes from the villa.

Practical information:
Under the villa there are two independent apartments that are also rented out. The villa and the apartments use the same driveway. All accommodations have a private entrance.
When the villa is rented separately, guests enjoy complete privacy. The apartments have their own entrance, swimming pool and private outdoor space. When the villa is rented together with the apartments, guests can use both swimming pools and the entire accommodation. This makes the combination particularly suitable for larger families or groups who travel together, but still need their own place.
Our nightly rate includes accommodation and wifi. In addition, a fixed surcharge per night is charged for water and electricity consumption. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask guests to be aware of water and electricity.
There is a one-time cleaning fee per stay. This includes the professional cleaning before arrival and the standard final cleaning. If excessive soiling is involved, additional cleaning costs may be charged. Intermediate cleaning is available on request at an additional cost and includes fresh linen and towels.
The nightly price may vary depending on the number of guests, allowing you to book flexibly based on your wishes and travel companions.
