The terrace is secured with a fence with mosquito netting, so that you can sit insect-free on the terrace and sleep safely with the door open, so that you do not have to use the air conditioning much, this will make a huge difference in consumption costs.
This is a non-smoking studio.
You also don't have to sit inside by the air conditioning, because there is a ceiling fan on the terrace.
2 nice lazy chairs available on the terrace where you can hang out and think about the wonderful day that has been.
