Our studio is part of the popular quiet and centrally located Seru Coral Resort with one of the largest and most beautiful swimming pools on the island!
Studio Kalbas is a corner studio that offers a lot of privacy surrounded by the beautiful tropical garden, but is also located a short walk from the swimming pool.

Studio Kalbas is comparable to a large hotel room/loft and is fully equipped, such as:

* 1 comfortable double bed
* Vide with 2 box spring beds
* Bedding
* Free WIFI
* Air conditioning

* Closet space
* Seating area
* TV

Bathroom equipped with:
* Shower
* Two sinks
* Toilet
* Towels

Kitchen equipped with:

You can also park for free in the guarded parking lot!

* Per week we charge an amount as a deposit, at the end of your stay the costs for electricity / water will be settled with this, and the remaining amount will be transferred to you. Our managers take the meter readings together with you!

*Check-out 10:00 - Late check-out only possible if the studio is not rented and at the additional cost of an extra night, it is best to reserve an extra night when booking to avoid disappointment.

My name is Rosalie, 33 years old and the proud owner of Studio Kalbas since January 2021! I love traveling, nature and the ocean, the Caribbean has captured a special warm place in my heart and I would like to share this with you by renting out Studio Kalbas for an affordable price!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

€ 48 per night ex 7% tourist tax
€ 65 final cleaning
€ 250 deposit *
€ 35 reservation fee

*Deposit money for stays of up to 3 weeks, if you book longer than 3 weeks, please select the extra cost option at checkout.

*Electricity/water/gas consumption will be deducted from your deposit, meter readings will be recorded by our managers in your presence.

*Late check-out only possible if the studio is not rented out and at the additional cost of an extra night, it is best to book an extra night when booking to avoid disappointment.
