Relax with your partner or with the whole family in our green apartment with lots of privacy. The resort is known for its beautiful large swimming pool and its quiet and safe location. It is 10 minutes by car from the famous Jan Thiel beach. It is located next to the Aloe Vera farm, the Ostrich farm and the Sint Jorisbaai, popular with (Kite) surfers.

Curacao is a wonderful place to stay all year round because the sun always shines. In addition to the two bedrooms, our green apartment also has two bathrooms, which makes the apartment unique at this resort. Are you coming with the whole family? In addition to the apartment, we also have two detached houses on Seru Coral. One of them belongs to enterprising friend Milou and Valerie together.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
