Kas di BaMi Seru Coral Resort A-194

Bon Bini (welcome) at apartment "Kas di BaMi" A-194. The apartment is located on the closed and secure Seru Coral resort. The small-scale resort is known for its beautiful tropical garden and the largest swimming pool in Curaçao. Kas di BaMi A-194 has been completely renovated. 

You can rent a car for only €27.50 per day. 

The resort has a very convenient location. A 10-minute drive will take you to the heart of Willemstad, or to the famous Jan Thiel Beach or Mambo Beach with beautiful beaches, tasty restaurants and trendy beach clubs. The Ostrich Farm, Aloe Vera Farm, Serena's Art Factory and the Sint Joris Bay which is known for its kite surfers are also a stone's throw away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is right next to the parking lot and close to the swimming pool. From the back door you can walk straight into the beautiful landscaped garden where the tropical birds will greet you. The communal swimming pool is a 2 minute walk away, and has more than enough sunbeds, seating areas and umbrellas for you to use.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a spacious double box spring bed and sofa bed, and in the living room you will find a sofa bed suitable for 2 people. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped, has a good WIFI connection and has both 110 volt and 220 volt sockets.

Through the front door you enter the hall. Adjacent to the hall is the guest toilet 

The kitchen is also adjacent to the hall. This is richly equipped with, among other things, a stove with oven / microwave / fridge-freezer / extensive cooking utensils / crockery / glassware. There is also a cool box in the kitchen to take to one of the beautiful beaches that Curaçao has to offer. The kitchen is connected to the living room by means of a bar.

In the living room, which can be cooled with air conditioning, you will find the sitting area. Here is a coffee table with sofa, chair and a 2 person sofa. From the couch you can relax with the smart TV.

From the living room you walk to your own covered terrace which overlooks the beautiful colorful garden where various birds will welcome you with beautiful chirping.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable 2 person bed from where you can watch TV lazily. To store your clothes, there is a large built-in wardrobe with hanging and laying area which is closed off by large mirror doors. The room can be cooled by means of a silent air conditioner. Optionally we can prepare a cot for you.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom which is equipped with a luxurious rain shower with thermostatic tap, toilet and washbasin.

Other things to keep in mind:
We live in the Netherlands. You will be welcomed by our manager. He will hand you the keys and remote control for the entrance gate, and show you the apartment. If you have any questions, the administrator is available to help you. Of course you can also send us a message for general information, tips and tricks.

We ask for a deposit of €100.00 per week. The costs for water and electricity are not included and will be deducted from the deposit paid. Upon arrival and departure, the meter readings will be taken together with you by the manager. The remainder of the deposit will be returned immediately after your stay. 
With normal use of the air conditioning, you have to take into account an amount of €5.00 per day for water and electricity.

You will receive the apartment clean. You have to maintain the apartment yourself in the meantime. There is plenty of linen available.
