Breakfast on the spacious porch, take a dip in your own pool or relax in the tropical garden. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for 6 people, this is the ideal place to enjoy together. Beach clubs, restaurants and shops are close by and the supermarket is only 700 meters away.
The space
Villa Kómodo is located on a fully enclosed private property with an electronic entrance gate. You can park your rental car safely on your own property and enjoy plenty of privacy. A pleasant and familiar feeling, even when you stay on Curaçao for the first time.
The outdoors is central here. Take a dip in your own private pool, relax on the lounge sofa under the spacious covered porch or enjoy dinner together at the large outdoor table.
Inside you will find a bright, attractive living room with fast fiber optic internet. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and an American fridge with ice maker. Ideal for longer stays.
The three comfortable bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have orthopedic mattresses. In addition, there are two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet, a separate guest toilet and a washing machine.
Guest access
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our local manager. She hands over the keys and the remote control of the electronic entrance gate and helps you on your way to a relaxing stay.
By car you can reach Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel, with their beaches, beach clubs and restaurants, in a few minutes. Willemstad and various shops are also a short drive away.
Other things to note
In order to use energy and water consciously, electricity is charged separately on the basis of actual consumption. Water consumption is included up to 0.5 m³ (500 liters) per night. Additional costs can only be charged for higher consumption.
The meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. For any settlements, we use the applicable rates of the local utility companies, without additional surcharges. This way everything remains fair and transparent.
The house is only rented to couples and families. There is no renting to (groups of) young people or for parties and events. In this way we maintain the peace and relaxed atmosphere of the neighborhood.
