Everyone is welcome with us, from young to old.
However, there are a number of things to consider.
The cottage is located on a holiday park.
The park is spacious with plenty of space around the house.
People also live permanently in the immediate vicinity or come for a longer period of time.
The neighbors must be taken into account, so that there is no noise nuisance.
Especially in the late evening and at night, it is not allowed to play loud music or communicate loudly.

You rent the house for your company. Visits are possible in consultation.
However, it is not allowed to let people stay overnight without consultation.

Gourmet, grilling and/or other fun-cooking is only allowed in the veranda. This is not allowed in the house. Barbecuing is only allowed under the veranda. You should clean the BBQ after use. Stuff is in stock in the closet on the porch. If it turns out at check-out that the BBQ has not been cleaned, an additional amount of € 50.00 will be deducted from the deposit.

The park has a communal swimming pool. There is a shower by the pool. Prior use of the swimming pool is mandatory. Pool towels are available with a mandala on them. For the preservation of these towels, it is NOT allowed to take these towels to the beach. Use only for the swimming pool at the park. If you want to visit the beautiful beaches that the island has to offer, bring your own beach towels.

Besides the fact that Curacao always has nice weather on offer, (with sometimes a short shower) there is so much more to discover!

Guest access
You can use the whole house. You rent the house alone or for your group. You don't have to share anything with other guests.
So you have complete privacy!

Other things to be aware of;
Since electricity and water are very expensive on the island, a deposit per stay of € 350.00 is required up to a stay of 2 weeks. If you stay longer, you will be
€ 25.00 per night extra charged for the deposit.
When booking, you will be asked to transfer the deposit, so you do not have to travel with a large amount of cash.
The meter reading will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay and the unused amount will be refunded. This will be refunded to you within 7 days.
If the deposit is not sufficient, you can get an after-bill.
This way you have control over the costs for electricity and water.

The tap water in Curaçao is safe to drink, is distilled from seawater and meets the highest quality standards of the World Health Organization (WHO).
