All prices are per night.
All prices are excluding electricity and water and 7% tourist tax, these will be deducted from the deposit at the end.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail
to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of
written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. Example 2: If the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date for whatever reason, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must
always be confirmed
to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
