🐚Welcome to Moyo, our brand new apartment (completed in June 2026), located in the quiet and unspoiled northeast of Curaçao. The apartment is part of the newly built apartment complex Sahòfi in the Hòfi Sint Joris district – an ideal base for those who love peace, nature and yet would like to reach all the highlights of the island within a short distance.
Moyo is a 2-bedroom apartment that has been carefully decorated to offer guests an unforgettable stay.
The apartment is new and attractively decorated, with a warm Moroccan vibe. The space immediately feels inviting: colorful, cozy and with great attention to detail - perfect for unwinding after a day full of sun and beach.
The living room has a nice sitting area with soft fabrics and warm accents. There is a smart TV with apps such as Netflix, which you can log in to with your own account. In the cupboard you will find (children's) books and games for cozy evenings together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal yourself and to make a delicious cup of coffee whenever you want.
Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable materials and have air conditioning and ceiling fans, so you can sleep soundly even during warmer nights. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe with a desk. The second bedroom has a smaller closet.
Both bathrooms are modern, fresh and equipped with a spacious shower.
Outside you will find a spacious porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book or the evening breeze, overlooking the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and safe — ideal for guests who like peace and quiet, but still want to reach the well-known hotspots within a short time.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, parking in front of the door and a washing machine. Everything has been designed with an eye for comfort and atmosphere, so that your stay will be as relaxing as it is special.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 baby (on request). Families or smaller groups (e.g. 2 adults with 1 or 2 children) are also a great fit here.
High chair & cot are not standard available, can be arranged on request.
Per person are present: 1 beach towel, 1 large towel and 1 smaller towel. In addition, a few snorkels and a cooler are available.
Location
The apartment is located within the secure community Hòfi Sint Joris with 24/7 security.
Despite the fact that construction work is taking place in the park, its location in the middle of nature ensures peace and privacy.
A short distance from Moyo you will find the beautiful Sint Joris Bay, in this area you can make beautiful walks, hikes and mountain bike tours. In addition, you can windsurf & kite surf in the bay. There is also a kitesurfing school where you can take lessons. Due to the calm water and constant wind, the Sint Joris Bay is one of the best kitesurfing locations in Curaçao.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. You can park for free right in front of the door. You can also use the communal swimming pool, which is only accessible to residents/guests of this apartment complex.
Within Hòfi Sint Joris there are also other facilities that you can use as a guest such as a padel court, football field and outdoor fitness equipment. Use of the padel court and the football field is possible on reservation; We are happy to arrange this for you. Padel rackets and padel balls are provided.
In addition, it is possible to walk or run safely.
Deposit, water and electricity costs
On Curaçao, water and electricity are precious. The rental price of Moyo Apartment includes 15 kWh per night. On arrival and departure, the meter readings are taken by our host.
For your stay we ask for a deposit of €350. This will be charged before arrival and deducted from the actual consumption of water and electricity after your stay.
**15 kWh of electricity per night is included** in the rent. Any additional consumption will be settled afterwards at **€0.40 per kWh**.
Any remaining amount of the security deposit will be refunded **within 7 days after check-out**.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory (€125), will be automatically added to the booking.
Interim cleaning is mandatory for stays longer than 2 weeks (€100) and is scheduled in consultation (note: this is not included in the price). This is to keep the apartment fresh and comfortable. For shorter stays, interim cleaning can always be arranged in consultation.
Late check-out is possible upon availability for €50.
Surroundings and neighbours
Everyone is welcome with us, from young to old. Please note that there are also people living permanently in the immediate vicinity or staying for a longer period of time. We kindly ask you to be considerate of the neighbors, especially in the evening and night. Parties and (loud) music are not allowed.
Pets and pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the balcony, so there is no ashtray available.
Hòfi Sint Joris is a new and growing residential and development area. This allows construction activities to take place in the immediate vicinity of the apartment during the day. We ask for your understanding. Outside the usual working hours, it is wonderfully quiet and you can fully enjoy nature and the surroundings.
Note: Important to know: the apartment is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator, which may make the accommodation less suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
