Hi! I'm Ainy. In 2013 I went to Curaçao for work. What was supposed to be three years turned into almost nine great years. In 2017 we built our family home in the quiet neighborhood of Katoentuin, where we lived for 5 years with great pleasure. In 2022 I moved back to the Netherlands with my family, but our hearts remain on the island where we still visit regularly. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is 100 euros per night based on 4 people. Each additional person pays 5 euros p.p.p.n.

The prices indicated do not include the use of electricity and 7% tourist tax. Electricity and water consumption are charged separately. The meter readings are taken in advance and afterwards and calculated with the standard rates of the energy and water company.

There is a deposit of 500 euros per stay.
Mandatory final cleaning fee of 150 euros.

In case of cancellation by the tenant:
- in case of cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival date, a fee of 20% of the rent is due (i.e. excluding extra costs and deposit),
- in case of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date, a compensation of 75% of the rent is due (so excl. extra costs and deposit) and
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival date, this fee will be the full rent.
