Cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
Cancellation between 60 and 40 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between 39 and 20 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 20 days : 100% of the rental price,
only the deposit will be refunded!

For longer stays, a discount of 15% will be granted from the 3rd week.

Prices include safe, internet, internet TV, bed linen and towel set.
The consumption of water and electricity is not included and will be charged separately with the deposit. The water and electricity consumption is determined by reading the meter readings at check-in and check-out. ( Electricity € 0.60 / KWh and water € 9.50 / m3 )
Deposit : € 500,00  to be paid at the time of booking

For the final cleaning, at the end of your stay, you pay a one-time fee of 150,00€, which must be paid at the time of booking.
If you want an intermediate cleaning, this is possible and must be paid in cash on site.
If you wish, we can also organize necessary food for the day of arrival, which will be paid for in cash upon arrival.
Airport pick-up by taxi, can be arranged for a fee. ( a rental car is urgently required on Curaçao)
