Casa Jixx, a charming 2-bedroom apartment of 60m2 in Montaña Abou.

It has a communal 4 person jacuzzi and veranda with Palapa leaves where you can sit outside.

The apartment has its own entrance through a hall after which the apartment is located
Located in a basement. Here you step into a beautiful spacious living room with
modern open kitchen, comfortable sofa, 4 person dining table, air conditioning and
a flat screen TV with IPTV (Netflix, ESPN, Formula 1).

You can also use the WiFi network for free.

Both bedrooms have a double bed and are air-conditioned.

The rear bedroom is only accessible through the front bedroom. Also
The bathroom is located in the first bedroom.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The property is fenced with an electric gate, is equipped with cameras and is shared
with Casa Jade.

Casa Jixx is 8 minutes away from Jan Thiel, 10 minutes away from Mambo Beach and
near Willemstad.

Welcome to the grounds at Villa Ambrosia, or Casa Hartono.
This is also located on the property together with Casa Jade and Casa Jixx.
We are Jerry and Marlou, happily married since 2014 and have 2 beautiful
children named Jade and Jixx.
We have always been adventurous, we love to travel. Discovering the world. So
we have been to Thailand, Indonesia, America, Bulgaria, Italy and more beautiful
Places.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You have paid a deposit of €200 in advance.

5 euros p.p will be deducted for water consumption per stay of the deposit.

Electricity is controlled with the Pagatinu system and that can be charged with a Pagatinu Pass. You must have upgraded it to about 100 KwH before departure.

We also offer extra services for a fee such as pick-up and drop-off service, complete baby kit, babysitting service, groceries on arrival, BBQ package, birthday/anniversary package and much more, send us a private message for more information and we will help you further.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
