Welcome to Villa Seripas, recently completed in 2024 and located on the enclosed park Vredenberg Resort. This centrally located villa offers an ideal base, near Mambo Beach (5 min) for a wonderful day by the sea or enjoy the many restaurants that Mambo Boulevard has to offer. Children can have fun in the large playground of Marie Pampoen, while the center of Willemstad is just a stone's throw away (10 min). For your convenience, supermarket and pharmacy are located nearby. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday is at your fingertips!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

The rental price of the villa does not include the costs for water and electricity. These consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay. The rates are €8 per m³ for water and €0.50 per kWh for electricity. Together with you, we ensure a transparent settlement.

Please note that construction work is still taking place at the park at this time. Although this does not take place in the immediate vicinity, there may be some noise pollution during the day.
