Casa Ofori is located on the Barracuda apartment complex. The apartment is within walking distance of popular beaches such as: Mambo beach and Cabana beach. It is also a 10-minute drive to Willemstad, Jan Thiel and other tourist places.

The space
The apartment is equipped with modern kitchen appliances and comfortable seating and sleeping furnishings. Through the front door you enter the living room with open kitchen. There is air conditioning in this room. The house has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a double bed. In one of the bedrooms the bed can be divided into two single beds. There is also one bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink and shower with hot water.

Our apartment is centrally located in Willemstad, and is a 2-3 minute drive from one of the most popular beaches, Mambo Beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
