The garden of Villa Boomkip is lovely, various plants and trees make it a tropical surprise. The swimming pool of more than 40m2 is entirely at your private disposal.

Villa Boomkip is perfectly located in relation to the beaches Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach. In addition, Villa Boomkip is within walking distance of the famous Heineken cafe, BBQ restaurant and supermarket Vreugdenhill. A top location, with lovely neighbors! The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. So it's just pack your bags and be welcome. The house is equipped with plenty of towels, tea towels, beach towels, hair dryer, WIFI, coffee machine, bed linen, iron and much more. You only need to bring your clothes, the rest is available in the house. For the children there are plenty of toys, snorkels, balls, etc. So you don't have to worry about that either.

We are Family Melgers and love Curaçao! Our children (Lucas, Vince and Fay) much more. The freedom, coziness, sun and relaxation ensured that we bought our own house on this lovely island in 2022.

Because we unfortunately cannot always use this fantastic place, we are happy to share our unique spot with you. Villa Boomkip has been selected with care, with particular attention being paid to its location and accessibility. You will experience this when you are there.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
