The quiet living environment feels relaxed, while you can reach the beaches, restaurants, beach clubs and shops within minutes. Parking is available right outside the door and the communal swimming pool is a nice place to relax and cool off.

The apartment is newly completed (2026) and stylishly furnished with an eye for comfort and love for natural materials.

There are two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom, a separate storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate guest toilet.

The bright living room connects to a beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy a beautiful view towards Table Mountain. Perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a drink or end the evening with a beautiful sunset.

Vista Mar is small-scale, quiet and centrally located. This is coming home to Caribbean atmospheres. Be welcome and enjoy the sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Vista Mar is a stylish new-build apartment that has been decorated with a lot of love and dedication. We ask tenants to handle the furniture and accessories with care. There is a ban on smoking.
Use of water and electricity. Normal use of electricity (16 kWh/day) and water is included in the price. In the event of additional use, each Kwh is 90 cents ($0.52).
Due to the risk of fire, it is not allowed to use open fires, candles or tea lights. Smoking is also not allowed.
The check-in and check-out are done in person. You will be treated in a friendly manner and shown around. If defects are found during check-out, this will be charged to you.
Extra (interim) cleaning is mandatory for 10 nights or more (50 euros/service). If you also require clean bed linen and towels, we can also arrange this for you at 50 euros/service.
