The house is located at the front of the plot, on a cul-de-sac, has privacy and a tropical garden.
The location is centrally located between Jan Thiel beach (5 minutes by car) and Mambo Beach (10 minutes by car). There are several supermarkets, diving school and restaurants in the area.
There is access to the salt pans for walking or cycling.
The house has a practical layout. By opening the harmonica doors, the kitchen/sitting room is one with the porch. From here you can reach the bedroom with a double bed with private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator / freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and a dining table.
Under the porch is a seat with 4 chairs and it is nice in the wind.
At the swimming pool with staircase and seating edge there are sunbeds and a parasol. Here you can also find a large table to eat and drink in the evening by the illuminated swimming pool.
The plot is equipped with a remote controlled fence.
Wifi is available throughout the site.
Villa Pinapple and Villa Coconut can also be rented together for a larger group of up to 8 people, feel free to send us a message for the prices.
