Villa Grand Jardin is a recently renovated villa on Jan Thiel surrounded by fruit trees and its own swimming pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms for max. 6 persons. The villa is equipped with an alarm system. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, beach clubs, restaurants, a diving school and beautiful beaches.

Villa Grand Jardin is located on 1,600 meters of private land. On the living floor are the complete nice ones with stylish living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the porch is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to various seating and lounge areas and the swimming pool and is located on the first floor. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. The porch is the ultimate place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and a perfect place to enjoy nature. Each bedroom is stylishly furnished with box springs, air conditioning, spacious closets, mood lighting.

WIFI is available throughout the house via several access points.
There is a smart TV in the living room. Netflix is available on these smart TVs, on which films can be viewed via the guests' own account.

The beautiful swimming pool with sofa is located on a pool deck with 6 sun beds.From the living room you can see a fantastic view of the Spanish water.

The pool is cleaned weekly by the pool boy. An interim cleaning of the house is mandatory for stays longer than a week, as well as the final cleaning.
