LUXURY SINGLE STOREY VILLA ON "VISTA ROYAL"
In the luxury villa district Vista Royal is our beautiful Villa, "Villa Caribe". This tropical villa (all ground floor) offers you all the comfort you could wish for during your holiday. Located on a plot of 960m2 and only 600 meters from the trendy beach clubs of Papagayo and Zanzibar, many restaurants, the beach of Jan Thiel and the supermarket.
This 6-person single-storey villa is very luxuriously furnished and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Extra to book is the separate 2 person apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (see floor plan). The basic price is up to 6 people. The apartment is available for a stay with 7-8 people and can only be booked in combination with the house. Of course, the apartment can also be booked if you come with 4 or 6 people and want more privacy.
This holiday home has a private swimming pool with sunbeds, outdoor shower and a spacious palapa with lounge set to relax.
The villa has a large living room and is modern and stylishly furnished. The luxurious open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, such as an American fridge with ice maker, microwave / oven, dishwasher, nespresso, senseo, kettle, etc.
The whole house has high ceilings which is not only very nice to look at but also keeps the temperature in the villa very pleasant. The shutter windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The spacious bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have large king-size beds (180x200cm and 2x 90x200cm). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The villa is completely fenced. Inside the remote controlled sliding gate is a parking space for one car. The alarm system is connected to the CVD Securety control room.
