Our luxury Penthouse is located in a very good location of Curacao, in the very popular neighborhood of Jan Thiel on the edge of Vista Royal.
In the vicinity you will find beautiful beaches, the best beach clubs on the island, very good restaurants, a supermarket with extended opening hours and the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel at 5 minutes.
The Spanish Water is also a 5-minute walk away and there are many diving opportunities nearby.
The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The Penthouse has an open kitchen and a lovely porch overlooking the many palm trees and the swimming pool. On the porch there is a dining area and a lounge area and there is generally a lovely breeze. In the living area inside is a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and an extra dining area. On the top floor is the 3rd bedroom as well as the 3rd bathroom and a spacious loft with a nice place to chill.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Here is also the washing machine.
In the garden is the communal swimming pool with sunbeds
Prices do not include:
-Final cleaning €150 (mandatory)
-Intermediate cleaning €75 (mandatory after every 7 nights)
-Prices are excluding 7% sales tax (tourist tax)
Groups of young people under the age of 25 are only allowed in consultation.
Cancellation and amendment fees:
For changes to existing bookings, the landlord charges a €25 change fee.
Cancellation fee from 8 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation fee up to 4 weeks before arrival: 60% of the rental price
Cancellation fee up to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
From 7 days to arrival date 100%.
