A detached studio apartment, our "Casita", has been built at the front of the spacious, green plot (1,120 m2). It is possible to rent the Casita at the Villa as an extra guesthouse (max. 2 pers). The Casita is fully equipped, with a sitting area, bathroom, kitchenette and its own private terrace, ideal for a short or long stay. Casita can also be used as a remote workplace during your stay.
If the Casita is not rented by you, it can possibly. rented by another party. You then share the gate and driveway with possibly. tenants of Tropical Casita Soro. One car can be parked on the driveway next to the house. The Casita is fully split and lockable. At the beginning of the driveway is a wooden fence with a wicket door that gives access to the Casita, privacy is guaranteed all around!
