Great top floor apartment (penthouse) located on the 24 hour secured palapa Resort in Jan Thiel. The apartment overlooks the bay, Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and all bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite.

The very spacious living room of more than 100m2 has 2 air conditioners and sliding doors at both the front and the rear, which can be opened completely over the total width, allowing continuous wind to blow through the house if desired. The apartment has terraces at both the front and the rear. On both terraces you look out over the bay and the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with filtered water and ice cube machine, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The very spacious terrace has a spacious lounge area and breakfast bar which overlooks the bay and Jan Thiel. There are also some 2 beach beds available so that you can sunbathe on the terrace if desired. The jacuzzi on the terrace cannot be used. The resort also has a beautiful communal swimming pool with an outdoor toilet, outdoor shower and beach beds.
The entire resort is truly in a unique location in the sea.
The complex has 24 hour security and is completely fenced.

Restaurants and bars, a surfing and water sports facilities are within a 2-minute walk.

Jan Thiel Beach with its many restaurants, AH supermarket, a Casino and shops is about a 2 minute drive away.
