There is a large satellite television, sound system and a large kitchen with granite top and bar (with ice maker) and luxury appliances. The kitchen is well equipped and the view of the Spanish water makes it a special experience to cook there yourself.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 luxurious bathroom, one with a spacious bath. All bedrooms have box-spring beds and air conditioning. Cots are also available. All bedrooms open onto the central space via the hallway.

The entire penthouse has an Italian tiled floor, the living room has large glass sliding doors to the terrace with the breathtaking view.
