Explanation of prices

Deposit
A deposit of €250.00 is required. This deposit will be used for any damages and electricity and water costs, as well as additional cleaning costs.

Water & Electricity consumption
The consumption of electricity and water is calculated based on actual consumption. Any consumption above this will be deducted from the deposit. Electricity is charged at €0.50 per kWh and water at €8.00 per m3. The meter readings are taken together with the host at check-in and check-out.

Cleaning
For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory interim cleaning is carried out. The costs for this are €50 and will also be deducted from the deposit.
