A very nice, quietly located holiday home on the secure Marbella Estate resort in Jan Thiel. This holiday home is suitable for up to 6 people and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and box spring beds. The house has a spacious covered veranda with a fantastic view. The garden has 6 beach beds, a swimming pool with a separate paddling pool and a BBQ.

The resort also has a communal swimming pool and a children's pool. The resort is a stone's throw from the famous beaches of Jan Thiel.

We are Ton and Ans Boer. We are from Utrecht and have taken the big step to buy a holiday home on Curaçao. After having celebrated holidays on Curaçao several times, we are sold to this island in the Caribbean Sea.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price 145,- per night from April 1, 2025 is calculated for 4 persons. Each additional person costs 15.00 p.p.p.n.

There is also a final cleaning of Euro 150 per stay.

In week 51, 52 and week 1 a fixed price of €195 per day is charged regardless of whether you move into the house with 2, 4 or 6.

There is the possibility to rent a car at the house for €35 per day. You can indicate this when contacting us.
