The tropical villa is located on the closed resort of Marbella Estate and has 3 bedrooms, all with fan and air conditioning and has 2 bathrooms. You have a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Senseo machine. Porch with large seating area adjacent to a private swimming pool (6x3) with lounge platform. There is a variety of sitting/reclining options: the pool deck has a 6-person lounge set and a 6-person dining area. At the pool there are 4 adjustable sunbeds and in the garden there is a cabana (1.40X2m). In short, a wonderful stay and everything at hand! Alarm and safe present. The house has shutters in doors and windows with safety glass and mosquito nets so that the wind can blow through in a safe way. The park has a large communal swimming pool and is located in close proximity to the Spanish Water and the beaches of Jan Thiel – Zanzibar – Papagayo.

We have realized our dream to buy a 2nd home in Curacao. This tropical villa with private pool and porch is a wonderful place to relax equally delicious yet also be able to search in the area of ??entertainment. The lounge plateau in the pool ensures that both children can play and adults can make a delicious drink. We hope that tenants as much fun to see this property as we do!

Heerlijke vakantie in een top woning
Na een goed ontvangst kwamen we in een nette, schone, verzorgde woning. Mooie slaapkamers, prettige keuken en een heerlijke terras met een mooi zwembad. Top om af te koelen na dagje weg. De foto's spreken voor zich. Tevens was het contact met de verhuurder prettig en duidelijk. Geen vraag was te veel en altijd snel antwoord. Schitterende, nette en complete woningEen ideale vakantie woning met eigen zwembad, complete inrichting op alle gebied waar we ons direct thuis voelden. Behalve kleding en starndhandoeken hadden we eigenlijk niks mee hoeven te nemen. De Nederlandse eigenares heeft dit smaakvol ingericht en is zeer betrokken bij haar gasten ook al zit is in Nederland. Heerlijk huis!Wij hebben het huis voor 1 week gehuurd en hebben iedere dag genoten. Het huis is mooi en schoon en heel goed onderhouden. Alles werkt zoals het hoort. Fijne ramen en deuren die goed te openen zijn waardoor de wind lekker door het huis waait. Het huis biedt wat het op de website belooft. Vooraf regelmatig met de eigenaar contact gehad en prima tips en informatie gekregen. Ook na aankomst in Nederland snel contact in verband met het berekenen van de borg. Kortom, eenaanrader! best holidays everWir waren mit 6 erwachsenen Personen in dieser tollen Villa. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Die Verwalterin hat uns am Anfang sehr gut eingewiesen und war auch zwischendurch für uns erreichbar. Das Haus steht in einem geschlossenen gepflegtem Ressort, man kommt nur mit einer Eintrittskarte durch das Tor. Der Pool war ein Traum, ohne würde auf Curacao auch nicht funktionieren, zudem kam zweimal die Woche ganz unauffällig ein Poolreiniger. Das Wlan in der Villa, aber auch an jeder guten Strandbar hat gut funktioniert. Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten erfolgte korrekt und die Rücküberweisung der Kaution erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage. Wir haben uns einen günstigen Mietwagen über blueskieshelicopters.com gebucht, mit dem wir auch bequem die Strände auf der anderen Seite der Insel erreichen konnten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants gibt direkt in der Nähe. Die Tauchbasis direkt am Strand von Jan Thiel ist sehr gut, fragt nach Mario. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen ! Syliva K. Could not have been more perfect....This property is in a perfect location with outstanding amenities. The screened windows are a must on the island, and the pool was the perfect ending to every day. Well appointed and maintained. Beds were comfortable. Not far from Jan Thiel area and beaches. Having lived on the island for several years, it was nice to find a "home away from home"! Heerlijk vakantiehuisWe hebben enorm genoten tijdens ons verblijf. Alles was aanwezig in de woning en in goed staat. Het zwembad was perfect voor onze 2 jaar oude dochter omdat ze zelf erin en uit kon. Er is een verlaagd stuk waarin zij heerlijk kon spelen. Zeker aan te raden! Celeste S, Dec 2015
Great holidays in a wonderful locationWe are coming from cold Luxembourg to sunny Curacao an what we found there was more than we expected !!!! The location/Villa is really superb, you will find everything you need, Airco in all rooms, great and well equiped kitchen an bedrooms, wonderful outside area with pool, so all I can say: See you next in Curacao, we will certainly come back and for sure, in the same location , WE LOVED IT !!!! Great place to stay with family or good friendsIt was a fabulous week we had! The house is at a quite compound but is also near to the beach and a supermarket. The house has much comfort... airconditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a complete kitchen,. The porch is great with its 2 couches and the dining table. But also the very ice swimming pool next to it was perfect! Exactly as described and on the photos :-) I would really recommend this house to anyone! You can go here with your family or with good friends! I had a great time and really enjoyed Curacao very much!!!! Petra B., Nov. 2015

Op Curacao, ook in de omgeving, kan aan allerlij soorten watersport worden gedaan. Denk hierbij niet alleen aan snorkelen en duiken maar ook flyboarden (jan Thiel Beach), wakeboarden, jet ski, helmduiken etc. etc. En vergeet ook niet de mogelijkheid om te duiken, zwemmen of snorkelen met Dolfijnen bij het Sea Acquarium!
Op 10 minuten rijden van de woning ligt de gezonken " Tug Boat". Snorkelen is hier geweldig. Tip: neem wat brood mee onder water dan komen de vissen vanzelf naar je toe.

Op Curacao zijn vele mooi plekken te vinden.
Een dag richting Wespunt met een bezoek aan Boca Tabla is zeker een must. Ook het Cristoffel Park is een aanrader voor te wandelen of rond te toeren. Verder zijn er de grotten van Hato, de struisvogel farm en niet te vergeten de mooie en kleurrijke archictectuur van Punda / Otrabanda en de landhuizen verspreid over het eiland.
