Kas di Luz is a lovely tropical holiday apartment in a perfect location in Jan Thiel. The name "Kas di Luz" means "house of light". Of course, this apartment has been given that name for a reason. It is a wonderfully bright apartment with two balconies, 1 of which offers a unique view over the Spanish Water, which means enjoying your own "sun-set" to the fullest.

The apartment is located on a cozy small complex and has its own parking space. The apartment has a communal swimming pool for the refreshing swim. You will also find the restaurant De Visboer on this complex.

Layout of the holiday apartment:
This very complete holiday apartment has two spacious bedrooms with a double bed, plenty of storage space and of course air conditioning. The third bedroom has a 1-person bed that can be made into two 1-person beds for a 6th guest. Of course, this room also has air conditioning. The two bathrooms are spacious and very complete. The living room/kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine that can be used freely. In the living room you enter through the sliding doors on 1 of the 2 spacious balconies where you can relax at the large wooden table. Or plop down on the lounge sofa with a refreshing drink. Via the stairs in the living room you enter the loft where the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are located, as well as the 2nd bathroom and the 2nd balcony, which overlooks the Spanish Water.

Location of the holiday apartment:
Kas di Luz is located in the popular district of Jan Thiel. Jan Thiel Beach with the well-known locations Zanzibar, Papagayo, Zest and Koko's and the associated beaches are very close. Several restaurants, a diving school, a fitness center, supermarket and general practice are also located nearby. The Caracas Bay with cozy restaurants is within walking distance. But also Mambo Beach, the trendy Pietermaai and the historic center of Willemstad are a short distance from the holiday apartment. In short, Kas di Luz is an ideal base to enjoy all the beauty that Curaçao has to offer.

My name is Catharina de Leur and a few years ago I lost my heart to beautiful Curaçao. With the tropical holiday apartment Kas di Luz I also want others to enjoy all the beauty that Curaçao has to offer: sun, sea, nature, cozy restaurants and, above all, relaxation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs:
The mentioned rental price includes bath and bed linen and beach towels, including "normal" use of water and including 25 KWH of electricity per 24 hours (above that 0.45 euro cents per KWH is charged).
The mentioned rental price is excluding 7% tax and excluding cleaning costs. A final cleaning costs 150 euros. An interim cleaning is optional. This costs 75 euros. During this cleaning, the bath and bed linen are also changed.

Cancellation Policy:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
* cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge;
* cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price;
* cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;
* cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only indicates on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
