Experience maximum comfort in our spacious luxury 4-person apartment Koko. This modern and stylish apartment has been finished to perfection and offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Once you arrive at your destination, all you have to do is unpack your suitcase. You can enjoy immediately!
As soon as you enter the apartment you will experience light and space, through the many windows and the high ceiling. The living room is tastefully and attractively furnished with sustainable furniture and equipped with a television (IPTV). In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a complete meal.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee machine.
After a day under the Caribbean sun, you can sleep well in the attractively furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms are both on their own floor for optimal privacy.
There are 220 volt sockets throughout the house. Bath towels and kitchen towels are also available for guests, as well as bed linen. Are you travelling with a child? Then we provide a cot and high chair free of charge.
On the ground floor you will find the following rooms:
- Bright living room with high ceiling and shutters with sliding doors to the terrace
- Open kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Spacious covered veranda with panoramic views of Jan Thiel, the Spanish Water, the Caracas Bay and Table Mountain
- Master bedroom with a bathroom en suite with walk-in shower (hot water), sink and toilet
If you go down the stairs, you will find the following rooms:
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet
- Bedroom with double bed (if desired also possible with two single beds), patio doors to the garden

Energy consumption: We apply the Fair Use Principle. In the context of sustainability, we recommend that you use the air conditioners at night and do not run them unnecessarily during the day.
