When you enter this new design villa (October 2020) through the spacious hall, you will immediately experience the luxury and you will have a beautiful view of the sea directly through the extra high garden doors!
This very spacious newly built villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms offers you a lot of luxury, but also warmth and coziness! The extra-large, tastefully decorated living room with TV with all kinds of world channels (Dutch/German/USA/sports, etc.) and large luxury kitchen have a ceiling of 4 meters high (nice and cool) and beautiful stately, extra high, patio doors with shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped such as ceramic hob, 2 combi ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker with delicious ice-cold water, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer etc.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with a luxury hotel double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds. duvets and luxury bedding. The 2 bedrooms at the rear have patio doors which give a wonderful view of the pool and the sea when you get up in the morning. Each bedroom has 4 windows with mosquito nets and shutters, during the day a breeze, at night as dark or light as you wish. A spacious closet with plenty of hangers, extra closet space by means of tableau/dressing table, safe and of course air conditioning. Adjacent to each bedroom is a luxurious bathroom (marble design) with toilet, rain shower and hair dryer.
Private free secure parking for 2 cars, free internet and both the house and the garden are secured by an alarm system connected to a control room which can also be called in in case of medical emergencies. The entire outdoor environment of this new villa is automatically lit in the evening and night. And then the porch! This is extra large, no less than 17 meters wide, with a stately wide staircase that runs directly into the stairs in the pool. On the porche there are 2 super luxurious lounge sets on which you can spend great hours and a table of 4 meters in length with 10 seats to dine, drink and above all chat about your experiences of the day. In the garden around the private pool you can sunbathe on the sunbeds or relax on the couch in the porch. There is also an outdoor shower and luxury toilet in the garden. Everywhere from the garden you have a sea view.
In the villa there are plenty of luxury towels and extra large beach towels as well as a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that you can use. Of course, a lot of attention is paid to hygiene in the villa. The villa is located within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach with its famous nightlife, restaurants, shops and beach bars. Mambo beach and Willemstad can be reached within 15 minutes, Hato airport within 20 minutes. With its 65 pristine dive sites, 35 (secluded) beaches, many entertainment venues and rich local cuisine, Curacao offers something for everyone and an unforgettable experience. It is not for nothing that many tourists come back again and again. After all, Curaçao has everything and especially sun all year round! Most of the island's inhabitants speak Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu, a rich indigenous dialect.
This villa in Vista Royal is the perfect base to discover Curacao and enjoy it to the fullest. Jan Thiel is one of the most beautiful and popular areas of the island and is located in the south-east.
